1. positive degree: subject + tobe + as adjective as + object.
example/contoh : mona is as beautiful as lisa

2. comparative degree: subject + tobe + adjective + er + than + object
contoh : he is cleverer than she
namun bila kata sifatnya lebih dari satu kata: subject + tobe + the + adjective + than + object
contoh: reno is more handsome than andy

3. superlative degree: subject + tobe + the + adjective + est + object
contoh: vero is smartest
in the class
